NorCal Conference Exhibit & Sponsor Options

Standard Exhibit Table Top - $2,000

Table top display includes signage, 6 ft. table, 2 chairs and waste receptacle (in carpeted ballroom).  There is five hours of exclusive exhibit viewing hours and other opportunities to network throughout the weekend, all exhibitor reps are invited to attend free of charge and may sit in on lectures, listing in NorCal Conference program and on website for one year.

Product Theater Lunch - $20,000 - Please contact CalDerm if interested, opportunities are limited

Exclusive sponsorship of luncheon, signage at function, company promotional items on tables, Premium table top display location and listing in NorCal Conference program, logo on all promotional material and signage, logo on CalDerm website for one year. Unlimited number of company reps can attend the sponsored event. Includes food & beverage costs, room rental and audio-visual. 

Diamond Level - $10,000

Official Meeting Sponsor, Premium table top display location and listing in NorCal Conference program, logo on all promotional material and signage, logo on CalDerm website for one year.  Literature or other promotional items in conference bag. 

Emerald Level - $7,500

Breakfast sponsorship (Saturday & Sunday), table top display with select location, logo in NorCal Conference program and signage, and on website for one year.   

Ruby Level $5,000

Morning break sponsorship (Saturday & Sunday), table top display with select location, logo in NorCal Conference program and signage, and on website for one year.

Conference Bag Logo & Tag Line - $3,500

Logo on conference bag that contains all registration materials and in NorCal Conference program. (Does not include table top display)

Specialty Item Give-away (please inquire - fee based on item)

Logo on specialty item product give-away (to be determined) and in NorCal Conference program program. (Does not include exhibit booth)
