The Governance Council of the California Dermatology Society (CalDerm) ensures integrity and compliance by upholding the organization’s mission, bylaws, and operational guidelines. It monitors compliance, evaluates committee and board activities, addresses governance concerns, and promotes transparency and accountability across CalDerm.
